The receptionist was exceedingly kind. She provided assistance with various bookings. Other staff members were equally helpful and professional. I found the location quite central with convenient access to the metro. This made exploring all key destinations very easy. The hotel provided excellent value.
The noise coming from outside was quite persistent at NIGHT.

I found the staff very helpful and accomodating . They allowed an early check-in and provided a room upgrade, a pleasant surprise. The location worked well with many cafes nearby and an affordable Indian restaurant next door. The proximity to the metro also made getting around quite simple.

The staff at reception were friendly. They provided free water refills as well as free coffee. The rooftop terrace had a good view. I could see the towers and there was a fridge up there.
My room had no windows. I had difficulty getting a phone network signal in the room. I also felt that the sheets were not very clean.
