Really good service and prime location
kind receptionist central location excellent value
The receptionist was exceedingly kind. She provided assistance with various bookings. Other staff members were equally helpful and professional. I found the location quite central with convenient access to the metro. This made exploring all key destinations very easy. The hotel provided excellent value.
The noise coming from outside was quite persistent at NIGHT.

The staff members were very cute. They consistently gave their best effort to ensure I was well taken care of and that my needs were met at all times, which I appreciated greatly.

helpful staff early check-in room upgrade convenient location
I found the staff very helpful and accomodating . They allowed an early check-in and provided a room upgrade, a pleasant surprise. The location worked well with many cafes nearby and an affordable Indian restaurant next door. The proximity to the metro also made getting around quite simple.
My room was a bit smaller than I expected.

Decent Stay Overall
free refills friendly staff no window dirty sheets
The staff at reception were friendly. They provided free water refills as well as free coffee. The rooftop terrace had a good view. I could see the towers and there was a fridge up there.
My room had no windows. I had difficulty getting a phone network signal in the room. I also felt that the sheets were not very clean.
